Our office will diligently work with your insurance plan to maximize all benefits available to get an estimate of your out of pockets costs. Once your treatment is completed, we will then file a claim with your insurance company on your behalf; however, you would be responsible for any uncovered services as well as for any percentage of fees not completely paid by your plan.
